The Opportunity

As a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting project teams through the delivery of HSE management system requirements. This role involves assisting operational teams and managers to identify hazards, minimise risks, and maintain HSE standards through the life of the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct workplace inspections and audits
  • Lead and support HSE incident investigations (e.g., ICAM methodology)

What You’ll Need

  • Construction White Card
  • Certificate IV, Diploma, or Degree in Work Health, Safety & Environment (or related field)
  • Proven experience in HSE advisory roles within industrial or construction environments
  • Knowledge of WHS and environmental legislation with ability to interpret and apply regulations
  • Strong experience in incident investigation, audit processes, and risk management
  • Skilled in HSE performance monitoring, compliance, and procedural development
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Intermediate IT skills
  • Current Driver's Licence and ability to travel across sites
